As we kickoff our Operation Backpack campaign, it is important to remember who the campaign is about.  Our goal is to collect 2500 backpacks and school supplies for the low-income children and families in our region.  Dulce Santos, Community School Coordinator for Carrollton Elementary School in Prince Georges County, Maryland shares about the need for support in the PG County School system.
