If you follow us on social media, you saw this picture last week from our first prayer breakfast of the year.
It is captivating to see an entire room in prayer. That’s why we wanted to share this photo again and reflect on the power of bowing our heads together to pray for our community and its leaders.
“For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20 ESV
We had a wonderful mix of VOAC staff and faith leaders at the event, who all met at our Residential Re-Entry Center for returning citizens in Baltimore.
We ate breakfast and then broke up into small groups to pray. We’ve heard that the experience is a transformative and empowering way to start your day.

Free breakfast will be provided. We just ask that you come prepared to grab hands and pray with your neighbor.
