Take a look at the BEFORE and AFTER video of our renovations at Pratt House–our supportive housing facility in Baltimore. We’re excited by the progress! Thanks to the TD Bank Charitable Foundation for helping make this possible through their $100,000 in support last December.
The Pratt House is a 35-unit housing complex that in 2002, VOAC transformed from a dilapidated Baltimore City School to an affordable housing community.
Thirty-five families and nearly 100 children live in the Pratt House apartments.
Hear from a grandmother who raised four of her six grandchildren at Pratt.

Families at Pratt receive case management, mental health counseling, and referrals to needed services, such as health care, substance abuse treatment, adult education and job training.
