in Northern Virginia.
Volunteers of America Chesapeake is committed to changing that statistic.
Our Loudoun County Transitional Housing Program provides a bridge to permanent housing for formerly homeless families. Through a goal-oriented 2 year program families are matched with educational, job placement and life skills resources to address the factors that led to their homelessness and prepare them to transition back into permanent housing.
With the help of HomeAid Northern Virginia and Donors like you, we’re renovating our on site transitional apartments to provide these families with safe, comfortable and supportive homes as they work to regain their self-reliance.
