Congratulations Benson Parker!

This morning, Arlington County Virginia held it’s annual Proclamation Awards Ceremony recognizing Direct Support providers throughout the County. Individuals from several Arlington County services were recognized including our own Benson Parker, honored as an Outstanding Direct Care Professional. Mr. Parker is a Direct Support Provider in our Northern Virginia Community Living Centers Program.

Mr. Parker has worked in Direct Care for 9 years, 6 of them spent with Volunteers of America Chesapeake. “I really appreciate being recognized” said Mr. Parker after receiving his award from Jay Fisette, Vice Chair of the Arlington County Board.
