Tom Jackman of the Washington Post came down to visit our Hilda M. Barg Homeless Prevention Center in Woodbridge, VA. Mr. Jackman interviewed former Hilda Barg resident and current published author James Allison.
James recently published his first book of poetry, chronicling his 2 year homelessness. The writers – as they are – spent over an hour talking about James’ journey back to self sufficiency and plans for his next book.
